Do you have exceptional customer service skills, a strong desire to learn, and drive to excel in your career?

The service advisor position is the backbone of our business. That is why we need someone with experience in customer service, who is outgoing, positive, and has strong attention to detail. No automotive experience necessary, we will train you!

This is a great opportunity to use the skills you already have and learn something new!

As our service advisor, you will be primary contact in charge of keeping our customers informed about their vehicle, listening to their concerns, and showing them that we care about them and appreciate their business.

A typical day will include:

1. Vehicle drop off/ Customer check-in
2. Review technician notes on vehicle inspections and build estimates based on their recommendation.
3. Contact customers to present the inspection findings and sell the repairs.
4. Update the schedule through the day as repairs are approved.
5. Notify customers when their vehicle is complete, and take payment upon vehicle pickup.

Hours for this position are 7:45 to 5:00 Monday-Friday. No weekends!
